Heidi BranchLMT

Heidi Branch is a licensed massage therapist with more than six years of experience helping adults of all ages move more comfortably, reconnect with their bodies, and return to the activities that matter to them.

Her background includes extensive work with motor vehicle and occupational injuries, as well as scar tissue, post-surgical care, dynamic cupping, and supporting clients during and after cancer treatment.

Heidi believes deeper doesn't always mean better. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful, and highly individualized, working through the body's layers to identify areas of restriction and encourage greater mobility and ease. She is especially interested in the connection between physical tension, the nervous system, and emotional experience, and is pursuing additional education in myosomatic bodywork and manual lymphatic drainage.

A Spokane native, Heidi is excited to be part of Zoya's collaborative, whole-person approach to care.
